Instructions for unwrapping and hanging paintings on stone Alfonso Fratteggiani Bianchi
A - put the case on a trestle (or a working table) following the indication ↑ = upside.

B - unscrew the cover.
C - DON'T TOUCH THE PAINTING'S SURFACE IN ANY WAY!!!
The down side of the painting is indicated with a sign on the case (photo n. 05)
D - unscrew the screws that fixes the painting on the back side of the case (photo n. 07)
E - Exctract the painting with 2 persons using the cotton ribbons. Pay attention not to touch the painted surface with the ends of the ribbons. (photos nn. 11, 12, 15, 16)
F - Put the painting on trestles or similar (photo n.16).
G - Lift the painting with 2 persons touching it only on the sides (photos nn. 17, 18, 19).
This is valid for the big and heavy works (photos nn. 11, 26).
For the small ones 1 person who takes the painting on the sides is enough.(photos nn.27, 28)
